SAS (Serial Attached SCSI) is the standard in current and older data center servers, offering high reliability and often dual-port redundancy. SATA is cheaper and typical for backup/archive storage with higher capacities at lower access speeds. SCSI is the parallel predecessor technology still found in older server generations and is hardly available through regular retail anymore.

Where can I get replacement parts for discontinued server hardware?

That's exactly our core business: through our international sourcing network we find replacement parts for server, storage and network systems whose manufacturer support has long since ended. All items are new, factory-sealed goods (new-old-stock) - never used or refurbished parts.

How do I know which RAID controller fits my server?
