This new HPE midline hard drive provides 6TB of storage capacity and is intended for compatible HPE servers with a 3.5-inch LFF hot-swap drive bay. Its 12Gb/s SAS interface, 7,200 rpm spindle speed and 512e sector format make it suitable for capacity-oriented server and storage applications. Digitally signed firmware supports use in the intended HPE platforms.
